We’re confident you can’t beat our price, but if you think one of our competitors has, call us on 0871 704 9000 and we’ll match their offer

We check all our prices every day against our competitors to make sure we offer the best price. We even display their prices on our website so you can see them clearly to make your life easier. In the unlikely event that there is a competitor offering exactly the same product, they have it in stock and it is available for immediate delivery then we will match it. No catches or tricky exceptions.

Criteria for price match

We match prices against Comet, Currys, John Lewis, Tesco, Argos, Dixons, Appliances Direct, Sainsburys, ASDA and many more.

• The Product on our competitor’s site is identical to one we sell
• The Product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 48 hours
• The Product is in stock with us (Just look for the in stock tick and the price match promise banner)
• We are able to verify the offer

How to claim

If you have found a cheaper price from one of our competitors and it meets the above conditions, please give us a call on 0871 704 9000. When you call you will be asked for the following:

1. The product you are interested in purchasing and the price
2. The web site address of the internet site offering a better price (NOT a price comparison site)

If we can confirm that one of our listed competitors are offering the same product cheaper we will match that price (please note we price match the price of the product excluding delivery).

The offer is not transferable and you must purchase the product on the same day that we offer to match a competitor’s price
