| Cavity Size |
A cavity size is measured in litres and shows the internal space of an oven |
| Child Safety Locks |
A great safety feature, these locks prevent children from accessing the oven |
| Convection |
This is the process of heat rising and being replaced by cool air |
| Conventional Oven |
A conventional oven heats from the bottom only, because the heat rises this makes a great choice of oven for baking |

| Double Glazed Windows |
The double glazed windows contain a reflective glass, this keeps more of the heat inside the oven |
| Double Ovens |
Great if you cook larger meals, double ovens allow you to cook using two separate temperatures |

| Energy Efficient |
An electric oven that has been awarded an A or above rating for energy consumption is currently the most energy efficient oven |
| Energy Rating |
The industry has a labelling scheme designed to offer a standardised method of choosing the most energy efficient appliances. The energy efficiency class is graded A to G. ‘A’ being the most efficient and ‘G’ the least efficient |

| Flame Safety Device |
This is a safety device that monitors the gas flame. If the flame is extinguished accidentally during use then the gas flow will be stopped automatically, a brilliant safety feature |

These ovens can stand alone and do not need to be integrated into a kitchen unit |
| Fully Programmable Timer |
An oven timer which allows you to start and end the cooking time when it is convenient for you to do so |

| Multifunctional |
These ovens heat from the top and the bottom of the cavity and also contain a fan which evenly circulates the air around the inside of the appliance |

Great for cooking smaller meals, single ovens are ideal if you only need to cook using one temperature at a time |
| Steam Ovens |
Steam is used in this type of oven to cook your food. This is considered a healthy alternative to traditional ovens and locks in vitamins and minerals while keeping the same great taste in your meals |
