Air Cooled Doors The doors on the front of the range cooker stay cool meaning that you and your children cannot burn yourselves while you are cooking

Child Safety Locks Your child cannot open the door on the range cooker so there will be no chance of them opening the doors of the oven
Control Type The type of control which will be used to operate your range cooker
Conventional This type of oven inside the range cooker heats from the bottom of the cavity upwards

Double Glazed Window Helping to keep the heat inside the oven with a reflective glass panel on the front of the oven
Dual Fuel Providing electric and gas cooking methods, combining the two to give you more control when cooking

Electric An electric fuel source provides even cooking and fast heat solutions
Electrician An electrician may be required during installation, they are fully qualified technicians which will be able to deal with your electric mains when connecting your range cooker
Energy Ratings ‘A’ energy rated is the highest rating which a range cooker is awarded. The better the energy rating the more money which can be saved off your electrically bills while being greener to the environment

Fan This type of function circulates the hot air around the inside of the range cooker for even cooking results throughout
Flame Failure Safety Device An essential feature which cuts off the gas supply to the range cooker if the flame were to go out
Fully programmable timers Giving you the ability to start and end your cooking time as and when you require on the range cooker by presetting this useful feature

Gas Easy to control, a gas range cooker is a good appliance, check if your kitchen will be compatible with a gas cooker

LPG Convertible If your home does not have a main gas supply then an LPG convertible appliance will be suitable in your home. LPG is a clean and efficient fuel usually stored in bottles or tanks

Multi functional This type of oven heats from both the bottom and the top of the range cooker cavity, providing an even heat throughout by circulating the air with a fan, but it also offers many functions so there will be always a setting for every type of cooking

Pyrolytic This feature burns any baked-on food into ash so it can be simply and easily swept away, a great additional time saving feature

Residual Heat Indicator An illuminated indicator shows when the hob is in use warning you when the range cooker surface is hot. The lights will remain on until the surface is cool enough to touch again
Requires Hard Wiring A range cooker which requires hard wiring does not come with a standard plug, instead a qualified electrician will be required to install the appliance as it will connect to the main electricity supply in your home
