Get to know your neighbours with a big lunch!

The kitchen is the heart of the home, and the Eden Project is now trying the make your street the heart of the community with ‘The Big Lunch’ on the 19th July 2009.

The concept is a simple one; a party on everyone’s street, where the food, entertainment and decorations we will have either grown, cooked, or created ourselves.

The kitchen is a place where all the family can gather, and we love the idea of making your street a place where you can gather with your neighbours and rebuild the lost sense of community.
