Why not use Twitter to Tweet us for appliance help & advice

We know that shopping online can be daunting, wondering if you are choosing the right appliance for your home, how does it work? What do the endless amount of features and special technology actually do?

We want to do all we can to help you, so if you want to speak to us directly for whatever reason, no matter how trivial you may think it is, why not drop us a Tweet on Twitter, or post on our Facebook wall. Whether you want to know how to find an electrician to fit your new cooker, what '6th sense technology' means, what sized washing machine is best for your family, will a graphite fridge go with your kitchen units or even if you are having problems with your existing kitchen appliances and don't know who to turn to – visit Appliances Online on Twitter or Facebook for a nice cup of tea and a chat (N.B will need to bring your own cup of tea!)

I'd like advice on how to get something delivered successfully from AppliancesOnline. No doubt that they run a slick service in terms of email alerts, glossy website and blogs but all we really need as customers is decent prices and to be able to get the items delivered on time. Slick marketing is no substitute for good service and four delays in three & half weeks, no assurance that the next date is assured and Saturday spent indoors waiting for a fridge freezer that never turned up (even though we were assured at one point by customer services that it was on its way) is not my idea of good service. Hopefully, they will be better at dealing with the cancellation and refund.

Steve, your comment has not been removed, as we take customer complaints very seriously. I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you have been having with the delivery of your fridge freezer. We have a very high success rate when it comes to delivery, but unfortunately, as is the case with any retailer, we are not perfect and occasionally we drop the ball. I can't do anything more than apologise over a blog comment, but if you contact us directly via the form on the website, we will do all we can to help you.
