Buying a tumble dryer is something most of us have to do at some point during our lives. Even if you line dry most of your clothes a tumble dryer is very useful for those days when this isn’t possible – days which are very frequent in the wet British climate!

When looking for a dryer firstly distinguish whether you’re looking for a condenser a vented model. Every home can use a condenser as water is collected in a container but for vented models, a vent to outside is necessary in order to expel moisture (steam).

So, if you regularly fill your 6kg washing machine, choose a 7-8kg tumble dryer. The extra space in the dryer is needed to ensure your entire wet load can be dried at once.
