Let’s all give a warm welcome to Bosch’s new family. Named Avantixx, this family stretches across all product categories and offers a few advanced features over the Classixx entry level range but sit beneath the Exxcel models.
Avantixx washing machines (such as the Bosch WAE24366GB) for example are coined as suitable for small families who need to regularly wash a range of different fabrics. They come with 6kg drum capacities and extra features such as the Vario Perfect options on washing machines.
The Vario Perfect options can be further split into the Eco Perfect function and the Speed Perfect function which can be added onto your cycle – giving you shorter or more eco friendly washes with the same wash performance as a standard cycle.
So what are the other Bosch washing machine families and who should buy them?
Bosch Logixx are the premium range machines. They are extremely energy efficient and with cutting edge features and functions, but they are the most expensive Bosch models. Typically this group includes machines with larger drums and faster spin speeds. These would be ideal for larger families with big wash loads.
Bosch Exxcel are the midrange models and offer a fairly large drum capacity and are still packed with programmes and features to help tackle your everyday washing needs. This family also includes washer dryer models.
Bosch Classixx are the value for money models. Typically they include smaller drums and some models have been designed with a slimline fit for kitchens short on space. This family is ideal for single people or couples who don’t have much washing.
