You’ll be pleased to hear Beko is extending its range to include the super-quick induction hob. If you’ve read any of my previous posts about induction you’ll know these hobs are amongst my favourite kitchen appliances (I lead a very exciting life! 
).
While I don’t yet own an induction hob it is definitely something I aspire to. The demos I have seen of induction hobs are amazing. They heat water in lightening quick time, are cool to touch despite the ferociously boiling water (their electro-magnetic fields do the heating inside the pan – very clever) and waste little energy because they only heat the area your pan is touching.
