Last week was full of good news for the team at Appliances Online. As well as our regular blogger Kate giving birth to baby Elizabeth (8lb 12), just enough sunny weather to warrant an ice cream and announcing the winner of our Facebook competition, we got cookies in the post.
The cookies came courtesy of the gifted Tracy Todhunter (who manages a blog on baking, knitting, crocheting and sewing as well as one on sustainability and community responses to climate change) after Claire helped her pick out a cooker not so long ago. Needless to say Claire was exceptionally grateful for the gift and so were the people who sit next to her (i.e. me).
If you want some help finding an appliance you can get in touch with Claire via the Appliances Online Twitter or Facebook pages. You don’t have to send presents but as you can see from the picture it makes Claire very happy when you do.
