The C367EKH is a midpriced, black cooker. Just looking at its specification it seems to be a pretty good buy; it’s got two ovens rather than an oven and a grill, the main cavity is notably large, the ceramic Solarglo hob heats up in about 5 seconds (pretty good when you consider that there are still some solid plate cookers in this price range) and it doesn’t look that bad either.
But of course specifications are nothing without reviews to back them up so here are a selection of reviews for the Hotpoint C367EKH. They are reproduced without making any changes apart from punctuation and spelling.

"I bought this cooker about a month ago, it cooks very well, distributes heat evenly and even the grill is good. The ceramic hob heats up quickly and cools faster than normal cookers too. I searched high and low for a cooker with outstanding qualities and decided to choose this one and I'm glad I did! 1 con though, it didn’t come with its own cable for electric point wiring, so we had to cut up an extension lead and use that wire, other than that its great, buy this cooker!"

"I have had 2 of these cookers in 12months and they have both got the same fault which to me it is a model fault. The engineer cannot do fault neither can technicals. Model no c367e, the hob light meant to go out when rings are cooled down but it stays on and light is really bright as well..Now having it replaced after the second cooker is only 2weeks old."

"Over all I am very pleased with this cooker. It looks fantastic, the price is very good, it's cooking temp is spot on. A little tricky to keep looking very clean on the top glass, and the glass scratches easily, and it is noisier than my last one but it's not unpleasantly loud."

"I reviewed lots of black cookers, this one was one of the cheapest but looks and cooks great, however it seems to scratch very easily and it’s difficult to remove tough stains."
In response to the worst review I would like to invite reader to check through our reviews and to check their review site of choice. This doesn’t seem to be a common problem and it seems like the reviewer in question might have just been very, very unlucky.
