The Taste of London festival has transported fine dining to Regent’s Park in London for one weekend only! The event opens tomorrow (16th June 2011) until Sunday (19th June 2011), and is sponsored by kitchen appliance manufacturer AEG.
The sumptuous event features a mouth watering menu of everything from wine tasting to food preparation and a heck f a lot of eating (if you so desire).
Taste of London is a meeting place for the country’s great chefs – you’ll find Michel Roux Jr, Pierre Koffman, Chris Galvin and good old Gary Rhodes all congregating here taking part.
Plus, none other than Gwyneth Paltrow will be signing copies of her new cookbook, Notes From My Kitchen Table. Is there nothing that girl can’t do!
On top of that AEG is offering Perfekt cooking class with L’atelier des chefs – purveyors of cooking excellence – where you can learn to cook Gressingham duck and summer fruit tiramisu. Hands up if you’re getting hungry now!!
