Paid by credit card? Don't worry, you're fine
You’re covered by the Consumer Credit Act. If your goods are worth over £100 you can claim back by writing to your card provider referencing Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. Money Saving Expert talks you through what you need to do.

Don’t forget, on the back of your credit card there is an advice line number.
Paid by debit card? Check with your bank
You can get in touch with your bank immediately. Their number is on the back of your debit card.
They may be able to get your money back from Comet via ‘chargeback’. Please note that Comet are not legally obliged to do so.

Paid with Paypal?
If you’re a paypal customer you can raise a dispute. Go to the Contact Us page and enter your account details.They’ll help you from there.
Cash / Cheque / Vouchers
Unfortunately there is no guarantee that you’ll get your money back. You’ll need to contact the administrators to make a claim directly. You can call Comet's Customer Service number on 0844 800 9595.
