Hobs

Hobs are designed to fit into your kitchen worktops.

They can be either gas hobs or electric hobs and can be designed to be sleek and subtle or big and bold depending on how you have designed your kitchen. Electric splits down again into ceramic hobs, induction hobs and solid plate hobs – the basic difference is speed of heating up and controllability. Induction is quickest and solid plate is slowest – however induction hobs costs more than solid plate and ceramic or halogen offers a middle ground. Note; Induction hobs only work with pans that are magnetic.

The days of everything being one size are gone with nearly 600 different hobs to choose from you can have virtually any width and burner combination your heart (or kitchen) desires.

Hobs are like thumbs – you really miss them when they don’t work! So we have most of our wide range of models available for delivery within a day or two.

The left navigation will help you to quickly narrow down to the right one for you. If you’re having any trouble with the amount of choice just call our UK call centre and we will be delighted to guide you through the fog. Just call 0871 641 1560 – we’re waiting to help.
