Gas models such as the HUG61P come with conventional gas oven and four easy control burners covered by a safety glass lid.
Hotpoint's specialist cooking features include the very handy slow cook programme. Which uses a low temperatures to cook casseroles and stews over a long period of time. Even the cheapest cut of meat will end up as tender as a prime rib using this method.
