Newworld 600TSIDLM

As simple as it is effective, the 600SIDLM offers good value for money and a generous oven capacity, perfect for the 2.4 children family. First the silver finish gives it a real air of elegance which is amplified by the unique looking silver control knobs. The 4 burner gas hob offers an excellent measure of control over the heating of your food, and they are covered with a glass lid, so if you’re not using the top, then this makes really great extra space for cooking ingredients.

The cavities below comprise of a grill, which is standard for most cookers but always welcome to see. The main oven offers conventional cooking, so it’s hotter at the top than the bottom. You’ll be able to fit 69 litres inside, and once you’ve done the cooking, you’ll find it’s pretty easy to clean thanks to its enamel lining.

Plus, if you find it’s just a little too short for your liking, fix it immediately because the entire appliance is height adjustable!

"Great Cooker"

"I bought this cooker when I moved into my new home six weeks ago. The timer is easy to set and the controls are easy enough.

The only gripe I have is, I'm not sure whether it's getting hot enough when I use the oven. For example yorkshire puddings come out more like cakes than yorkies - never had a problem like that before - I'm doing everything the same as I've done for 23yrs - same ingredients,etc, so not sure why I've got a problem with yorkies - still experimenting with this!

Anyway, it's easy to use and easy to clean, very happy with my purchase."

"This is an excellent cooker and will do all that you ask of it.

There are two minor drawbacks in that the oven trays are a litle difficult to position and the gaps between the tray bars is a little on the wide side, thus allowing small pots/ramikns etc to tip over if they are not carefully positioned. The use of a baking tray is recommended when using such containers."

"I have needed a new cooker for a long time and kept coming back to this cooker. I decided to purchase a new one when I had a new kitchen fitted. It looks fantastic !!!! Plenty of room in the oven, easy to clean I only need to get use to the hob because the simmer and boil on my old cooker were in a different position. Well worth the money."
