At the peak of the mountain you have the 5 burner gas hob, one of which will double as a wok burner so if you’re particularly fond of eastern cuisine it’ll be right up your street. That said, with 5 burners at your disposal you can try your hand at any kind of food. Even try a few at once.
Each burner is surrounded with cast iron pan supports which really add to the traditional aesthetic, plus they’re so hardwearing that they’ll stand up to some serious punishment from your cookware.
Further down we have three separate oven spaces. Count ‘em. Three. That’s a 46 litre main gas oven, a 66 litre electric fan oven and a 27 litre top gas oven and grill. That’s 139 litres of cooking space which you can use to jam-pack your dinner table with delectable delights. Plus you get the benefits of both fan and conventional cooking.
With fan cooking you can lose the pre-heat times and still get a speedy, even temperature around the space, whereas conventional cooking gives you diverse heat zones around the compartment which you can use to have various dishes bubbling away at different intensities, yet all at the same time.
Each of the oven compartments comes lined in cook clean catalytic liners so your oven will actually clean itself down at high temperatures.
