"To be honest I first thought this perchase was a bit over endulgent, but i was wrong. Before owning a warming draw we would warm the plates under the grill from the heat of the oven below. This method had its problems and many a curse has been uttered when handling a plate which is scalding hot. This warming draw holds more than just plates and at a precise controlled temp. Also handy for keeping plated food warm if someone is delayed. Would strongly recomend."
