"I am delighted with this purchase. It is quiet and easy to use.

I love the "Tabs" feature which, when pressed, tells the machine you are using 3-in-1 tabs so not to release rinse aid and salt. I love the ECO programme too. However, It does appear to have a slightly smaller capacity than my last dishwasher.

But it is a HOTPOINT, a name you can trust and with its AA energy rating - It can't get much better. This dishwasher has quality and efficiency at a great price - I would recommend this machine and indeed, would purchase another myself in the future. I also have the Hotpoint Aquarius clothes Washing machine too."

"Best Dishwasher I've Bought!!"

Pros: Value for money, Easy to use, Good build quality, Quiet, looks good, east to keep clean, all programmes you need, great results, moveable basket/racks

"This reasonably priced Dishwasher is my third one. It replaced a built in model which you could not get parts for. It is far better than the two I've previously owned. Has everything on it you need, looks good & easy to keep clean."

"Very Good Dishwasher"

"Always had Smeg or bosch stainless steel dishwashers but found them to be exremely expensive to purchase and repair if insurance lapsed as mine did. Decided to buy this model as it was value for money and thought it would be cheap enough to replace if it broke down after the initial guarantee. The graphite is much better to keep clean and shows no finger marks unlike the stainless steel ones!!. This is the best purchase I have made in a long time and I would definately recommend this dishwasher. Excellent service from appliances on line...kept up to date fully on delivery times delivery men very courtious and professional."

"Good - but reliable?"

Cons: poor quality, not made in uk despite name.

"Although Which? couldn't recommend Hotpoint generally, due to members reporting poor brand reliability, their tests did put this dishwasher in their top league. I couldn't afford any of the similar performers, so I took the risk and bought it. There was some poor finish - I had to file two sharp corners off the door which kept scratching us.

The cleaning and drying are excellent on the eco setting, although this does take 2.5 hours - but this doesn't worry us at all. Other settings seem not so good. Concerned about the environment, we're going to experiment with Ecover rather than Finish. Which? also warned that this dishwasher didn't clean itself very well, so we always pre-soak and rinse before loading and have not had any problems so far. A friend says this is worth doing anyway, as problems with dishwashers often arise from food particles, sometimes as small as a grain of rice.

So far so good, although I was annoyed to find that Hotpoint is no longer made in the UK, some Italian outfit just using the brand name on other manufactures."

"good purchase"

"good dishwasher abit fiddly with the dishes when loading them cleans very good but not on the quick wash doesnt dry dishes very well theres still water on the rims of cups when they are suppose to be dry good for space overall not a bad product very quite eg cant hear the dishwasher upstairs or when ur in another room good for homes with kids looks good too"
