Belling FSE60DOP Electric Cooker Freestanding Stainless Steel

A great electric cooker, no fuss. The Belling FSE60DOP is an electric cooker with a fan oven that provides over 90 litres of space for cooking. It also has a great seperate grill but it's no slouch on the hob front either, coming with 4 electric cook zones that are ceramic, which makes them easy to clean. It's also rather effecient on the energy side too, having a A/A rating for both cavities.

Belling FSE60DOP

A perfect appliance if you’re worried about kitchen space, the FSE60DOP won’t let you down. It’s very stylish, coming in stainless steel and black, and its double cavity will take care of most cooking needs you might have, from simple tea time meals to small dinner party delights.

The main oven has an electric fan, meaning that heat is distributed evenly throughout. Your sausages at the top will get the same care and attention as your pizza below. The slow cook setting means that your Sunday roast is a piece of cake too. Above this is a smaller conventional oven with grill, perfect if its just little old you needing your dinner.

Because we are freezing much more food these days, Belling have provided a defrost feature which introduces warm air to food, so it’s perfect for things like dairy or seafood.

"New cooker in a new kitchen"

Pros: Quiet, Easy to use, Value for money, looks good

"Can only fault the wobbly hob,and am waiting for an engineer to sort this out.

Otherwise: overall a very good cooker.

It looks good,and does what it says on the tin.

A doddle to use,and the heating control is excellent.

We had a Belling Cooker for 20 years without a problem,and hope we get another 20 from this one too."

"Having used Belling cookers since 1960 and seeking a replacement to my Belling Format 653H, I found my newly purchased FSE60DOP a dissappointment. Certainly not to the standard that I have experienced from Belling. Build and design quality mediocre to poor. Not a true 600mm slot-in (projecting screws); lettering/figures around controls difficult to see; a rattling vent shield at the rear (I glued with epoxy glue); levelling of the feet awkward (I miss my rear casters with levelling from the front). Good looking and probably value for money and finally, questionable robustness of shelving - I would willingly have paid more for my past luxuries of the 653H."

"Generally a good oven, was a bit wary of getting electric but actually really like it now. Did have to have engineer round as the back of the oven kept vibrating - he did fix it but it still makes slight noise when first warming up - apparently it is a design fault in some of the models - i just put up with it."
