The four burners comprise of 1 rapid, 2 semi-rapid and 1 standard. This way, there’s something perfect for small pans of soup to large woks of stir-fry. Plus because it’s a gas hob, it affords you a very accurate level of heat control and the easy to use knobs located on the side provide it with automatic ignition.
If you ever accidentally douse the flame whilst cooking and not notice, don’t worry, because the G640SX has a flame failure device that will automatically cut the gas supply if the flame goes out.
