Indesit H161IX
For smaller kitchens that don’t require a huge amount of extraction, the Indesit H161IX is a fantastic, cost-effective solution. It draws air at a rate of 250m³/h, making it ideal for most 4 zone hobs. There are 3 variable venting speeds, so if you’re only using a one or two pans, you can reduce the extraction rate to suit.
The underside of the hood is where the paper filters clip in. They catch oil and grease from your cooking and after a couple of months, you can just throw them away. Replacements are pretty inexpensive and fitting them is as simple as sliding out the old and sliding in the new.
With a running volume of around 60dB, this might not be the quietest model on the market. However it’s still considerably quieter than something like your washing machine, so it’s not likely to cause you any headaches.
It looks fantastic too. Lots of customers who bought it comment on just how good it looks in their kitchen. Even adding that it’s extremely easy to install. Just what you need for such a simple, affordable cooker hood.
