It comes with 4 zones, which includes an extendable zone that’s ideal if you’re using bigger pans and an oval zone that’s great for griddle pans. They’re controlled by touch, which means you can change the temperature in seconds, and it gives you really precise heat.
The Stop+Go function reduces all of the zones to a ‘keep warm’ setting if the phone rings and you need to leave the hob alone for a second. Press the button as you leave to activate this, and then hit it again once you’re back at the hob and all the zones will return to their previous setting. Clever stuff.
An intelligent AutoMax function brings the zone up to the boil, and the reduces it to the power level you’ve selected for the remainder of the cooking time.
