The central wok burner is extremely powerful. It has three flames to cover more of your wok for a really fast heat which cooks deliciously crunchy stir fries. You’ll find this hob really easy to use too. The burners are automatically lit with one turn of the dials. You don’t need to press a separate ignition button, which is really handy if you’ve got your hands full. For easier access the control dials are at the front of the hob so you don’t need to stretch across a hot burner to turn the hob off.
This hob is LPG convertible so it can be connected up to bottled gas if you don’t have access to mains gas. It’s very safe to use as all the burners have a flame safety device. The gas will automatically turn off should the flame ever go out. You’ll never need to worry that you’ve left the gas on by accident.
Cleaning the hob will be pretty easy as the brushed steel surface is really smooth. The pan supports are removable giving you total access to the hob to wipe it down.
