Leisure RCM10FRSP

An appliance that just feels right in the kitchen, the Leisure RCM10FRSP is an appliance for the serious chef in the family. Great time and effort has gone into making this an essential part of the cooking experience. If you’re a believer in the saying ‘it’s not the destination that’s as important as how you get there’ then this is perfect for you.

It actually feels like it will make a difference, from its high gloss cast iron pan supports to its heavy styled glass doors. You’ve got three cooking areas to play around with; a fully programmable fan oven, thermostatically controlled static oven and separate grill. With this much space, you’ll have no trouble cooking for all your family, friends, neighbours and pretty much anyone else who shows up to admire your appliance!

You’ll get the best of both worlds with this model. Being duel fuel you’ll benefit from having a gas hob, which places you firmly in control, combined with an effective electric oven and grill. Bearing in mind a modern cooker needs modern sensibilities, this cooker is A energy rated, along with having heat reflective inner door glass to improve efficiency, so you’ll be saving money whilst helping the environment!

"Range Cooker"

Pros: Quiet, Easy to use, Good build quality, Value for money, looks good

"This is my third Range Master cooker! and i have not been disappointed with my purchase. I have gone for a more modern design on my new kitchen, and this cooker really looks good. The ovens are a good size and its great that you have both electric and fan ovens. The hotplate is a good size and the gas rings are set out really well, being able to put a large steamer on the central one. Would recomend to others and would buy again if i moved!!!"

"Value for money"

"Overall we love this cooker. Not only does it look good it performs well and we're really pleased that we went for it. We love how well lit the ovens are - makes good viewing and lights up the kitchen. The timer is easy to use once you've read the instructions.

If we're to be picky then we'd prefer if the cooker temperatures were easier to select - they're below the dials, so you have to bend under to ensure you've selected the right temperature.

The dial for the grill isn't logical as the dial setting for the half grill is on the left hand side, yet the half grill is actually on the right - so I've often put bread under the wrong side in the hope of it toasting! Also the grill takes quite some time to get up to a useful temperature and cooking under the element isn't as even as I would have liked.

The gas connector at the back is on the left hand side - also there isn't much space at the rear for a gas connection as the ovens stick out - this caused us difficulty with fitting. Although the cooker is 'silver' the sides are actually black - so if it is free standing - which ours is - then it doesn't look as sleek as it could have - also the oven area sticks out at the back - so side on it looks unfinished if is free standing.

The metal ridge below the dials gets hot when the oven(s) and/or grill are on. The glass lid has to be open when any part of the cooker is being used.

The safety gas cut outs take some time to cut out - we had to get it double checked to be sure that ours was fitted correctly."

"Very frustrated and disappointed. It was bought 3 years ago and has given a lot of trouble.

Timer switch has come loose and lh oven will not work

Rh oven door seal broken and door won't fully close.

Ignition for burners temperemantal. Wok one come apart.

One gas knob broke off.

One gas knob rotates endlessly, difficult to turn off.

Another gas knob loose.

Glass doors needed refitting at least twice.

I could go on!!"
