"Good Fridge but be warned.."

Cons: Expensive, wheel when moving damages floor surface

"This fridge replaced a previous american style fridge we had. Overall an attractive and much quieter model.

WARNING - when the fridge is delivered there is a small wheel at the front of the fridge, which if you have wooden flooring (and I would imagine most other flooring), will damage your floor! Be very careful when installing."

"so far so good"

Pros: Good build quality, Quiet, looks good

Cons: Complicated, needs filter replacing

"No complaints so far other than ice maker can be hard to remove and I'm sure the plastic will break if it's removed more than a few times. what is also not made clear in any promotion blurb is that the water line comes with a filter that has to be installed somewhere (in a cupboard) and changed every 6-12 months, and will no doubt only be available from Samsung at whatever price they care to name..."

"Great fridge/freezer but wish I'd known...."

"Really pleased with the appliance overall however this model needs the water filter mounting OUTSIDE of the fridge. I read something about this in the notes section when comparing models so phoned to check (as I really didn't want to have to drill holes in my wall or cupboards to mount a water filter & lots of inflexible hose). I was reassured that the water filter on this model was internal, he even read me a passage from the manual, so bought it - it's not! I drilled holes in the wall and mounted the filter behind the fridge but

disappointed as I went to the trouble to check. Otherwise, pleased with the look and functionality of this appliance.

Just something else worth noting, I paid for installation but when it was delivered the guy said he wasn't a plumber and could only fix to existing plumbing (which I had, with cap on the water pipe). He refused to fit so we spent a couple of days without plumbed water and ice but eventually did it ourselves which was quick and

easy. Got a refund so saved £20!"

"Excellent Family Choice"

Pros: Value for money, Easy to use, Good build quality, Quiet, looks good, excellent fridge capacity

Cons: freezer capacity not as substantial as fridge.

"Very easy to operate and looks fantastic, this fridge has an excellent capacity, freezer size not quite as impressive but is certainly manageable. Chiller drawer would be a bonus. This f/freezer reduces the number of times I have to do a grocery shop and easily accommodates my needs when my delivery arrives. Ice maker is a little tempremental at times but is definitely worth having. Water on the front is a definite bonus and very easy for the kids to use on there own and they drink more as its on tap!"

"overall happy"

"the overall look is very good, but it has been let down as the doors dont line up tidy,

The ice seams to come out a little to fast and if your not carefull you can fill your glass.

we change'd to this newer modle because we thought our daughter would not be able to open the doors (wrong) she is 2."
