"Phoned the company to get a price matching done, the Freezer with another company from Bolton who do online selling, Was cheaper but they were able to provide the same colour Freezer for the same product to match the Fridge I had ordered with them at the same time AND getting next day delivery even though called at 5.35pm and had 25 mins to get the order in online. The CS advisor - Becky, was very helpful and able to get my order delivered the next day, although this was not free, (As advertised - I also was not buying online either but over the phone) and it was a goodwill gesture, due to the time i had called. Still, it arrived the next day. Had 2 text messages left the night before and a voicemail. Before 10pm to say what time it would be delivered in. And another one the same morning with the same text message Which was a 4 hour slot, so no waiting in for an appliance to arrive, all day. Then again by the Lorry driver giving an estimate time of arrival in that 4 hour slot.
Delivery guys were excellent, they checked the space, got the plan together how they would install the Freezer. Very organised, and no damage to property or Freezer. Thorougly recommend the company for delivery and excellent customer service.
The appliance is brilliant! So pleased i bought a Samsung. never had such a quiet Freezer! Loads of space and the best thing is, its got wheels on all 4 corners and the feet you can adjust for sideways movement. e.g. to fit next to a cupboard, as well as a strip to fix to another appliance. It is a free standing Freezer, but you wouldn't think so. Loads of drawer space and these have a solid bottom and side and door space also has space to put your smaller items in. e.g. ice cream cones, ice lollies.
It also has an automatic ice cube maker in the top, the design is great BUT, you will struggle to fill it up from a water filter jug, due to the shape of the jug. It can be a bit fiddly. But this is only a minor whim.
At the end of the day, you get what you pay for with a Samsung. And I highly advise you take the company's insurance out with this product as the Samsung warranty isn't that great, but for £1 somthing a week, its reasonable.
And it covers replacement of food up to £500 if the freezer breaks down as well as all the other things that insurances cover.
Looks fantastic with my Fridge, same colour matched. Cheaper than the stainless steel version by approx £140. Biiiiig savings! If they were side by side, they would look like an American Fridge Freezer. The Lorry driver loved delivering them both! Because they have WHEELS on 4 CORNERS! :)"
