Despite its modern appearance, it offers traditional conventional oven cooking with the flexibility of eight shelf positions and two oven shelves with telescopic sliders. That allows the shelves to slide out while still supporting the full weight of the shelf and its contents without you holding it. So, no more one oven-gloved hand holding the shelf while the other tries to take the lid off your casserole dish. Clever, eh?
The SGB900PS has a programmable LED clock and timer as well as a rear halogen flood light which creates up to 36% more light than a standard bulb and uses 20% less energy, so you can peer through the glass doors and watch the progress of your food without having to open the door.
The top oven is also a conventional gas oven but also boasts an electric grill offering two shelf positions and one oven shelf which is great when you are cooking a meal for the whole family and are in need of extra space.
Safety first! You need not worry about how safe this oven is as of its features is the flame safety device which is expertly designed to immediately cut off the gas supply if the flame goes out on the oven so you don’t have to worry about gas leaks.
