Hoover’s VHC681B condenser dryer is part of the Vision HD family, aptly named due to their easy to use, angled control panel which is certainly going to help you when it comes to getting a good look at all the options available to you. The high angled door handle and the 8kg drum will also go a long way in making your loading and unloading much easier too. It might be a small adjustment, but the return is massive, especially for those with back trouble (or who want to prevent it in the future!).
The drum itself uses reverse tumble action which allows the drum to move in both directions during the course of the drying cycle. This can loosen your clothes a lot more, prevent them from getting all tangled together and also stop any heavy creases in their tracks. Not only will your ironing pile thank you for making its job a lot easier, but the fabrics themselves will last a lot longer, saving you plenty of pennies on clothes.
There are timed drying options for those who still look for that in their dryer, but for those who have moved on to the next phase in their drying the VHC681B comes with sensor drying. As the name suggests, this uses special sensors to detect exactly how much moisture is in the drum at any point, so now you can tell the dryer exactly how dry you want your clothes and it will follow to the letter. There are some great pre-sets such as iron dry, cupboard dry and even bone dry for things you’re planning on storing away.
There is even a dedicated rapid cycle too which can get a small load dry and ready to go in just 40 minutes. Great if you find yourself in a bit of a pinch and need your favourite outfit ready to rock.
