"I've had this condensor dryer for few weeks and I have to say it is the best dryer I have ever had. It has so many programmes on it that theres something for every type of clothing.

The 7KG drum is great for fitting in a load straight from the washing machine. The 40 min quick dry has been a total godsend as my youngest son loves to come home from school covered in mud so I need to wash and dry his school clothes ready for the next day.

When in use the dryer is really quiet and the alarm that sounds once the drying cycle has ended is great as love getting warm clothes out of the dryer. I absolutely love the light that comes on when you open the door and really think that all dryers and washers should have this on as saves me creating more odd pairs of socks! Another really great point about this dryer is that it doesn't eat my electric and has hardly made any impact on what I spend on my electric each week.

This is the first Bosch product I have ever owned and can happily say that it won't be the last."

"Great but takes a while to get used to."

Pros: Good build quality, Quiet, looks good

Cons: Complicated

"Very different to a vented dryer in that it takes a lot longer to dry clothes so hope the energy savings are worth it. It takes a while to get used to the programmes and adjust them to fit with your typical load. Don't expect clothes to be bone dry at the end of a programme, but I find that this means the clothes are softer and not like cardboard in our hardwater area."

"Greening up tumble drying"

Pros: Good build quality, looks good, very efficient, good value for moneydrying, self cleaning condenser, nice big thick glass door, really big drum and large door diameter

Cons: double fluff filter a bit tricky.

"Tumble drying is the sort of word you whisper only to people you know and only in hushed tones as it is associated with wasteful use of energy. However this machine is very efficient and uses about half of the energy of non heat pump, electric heater driers. If you open the dryer halfway the washing feels cold as the water is evaporating from it. This is maybe why people have reported it does not dry well, but that is because it evaporates the water rather than baking the water out. You wont pull a load of red hot clothes out of this dryer like the old ones but it is better for the clothes and less wasted heat."

"My first dryer"

Pros: Easy to use, looks good

"I haven't used one before, but now have a growing family so thought would be best to get one. I read lots of reviews, and also have had Bosch appliances for all other kitchen appliances for 6 years now. This one is easy to use and looks nice, it is a bit noisy but not as loud as the washer. The filters are easy to clean so although have to do it every time you use it, it isn't a hardship. Also we got cashback from the energy bill offer so it made it less expensive."

"a very good product, it's my ever 1st tumble dry machine. It's complicated to start with but then when you learnt what you want from it, then you set it to your expectation, and it works. I use mostly mix cupboard dry with increasing in the setting menu to '0'noise, 3'dryness'. It works. Most clothes come out dry and lovely, but only sometimes slightly moist around the elastic waist."
