The electronics in the Zanussi ZDE47200W tumble dryer measure the humidity in the fabrics and end the drying cycle when the remaining humidity is in line with the requested one. In layman’s terms, if you select Cupboard Dry or Extra Dry the ZDE47200W will stop the drying once the load is exactly Cupboard Dry or Extra Dry and so on.
The prime benefit of Sensor Drying is that it takes the responsibility away from you and lets the tumble dryer tell you when the load is perfectly dry - so there’s no need to keep checking it every 5 minutes. You’ll have perfectly dry laundry every time.
Another winner is the Reverse Tumble Action which continuously rotates the drum in alternating directions to keep the fabrics crease free. I like to call it the ready wear cycle. There are 5 programmes in total including a refresh option for clothes you’ve only worn once that aren’t dirty but creased up from sitting in them.
