Replacing our reliable 10 year old top loader workhorse with this LG machine was worrying. However, there was no need for anxiety as it does everything that was promised. Pre-delivery information was exactly as specified and updated as delivery became more imminent. Delivery men were courteous and careful, taking the old machine with them. I found the instruction manual to be absolutely adequate with one possible exception - I think they have mixed up the small and large dispenser drawers on the diagram. I reckon the smaller drawer should be used for pre-wash rather than main-wash. Apart from that it works perfectly. The spin function can be used on its own by switching the machine ON, turning the Spin dial to the required setting and pressing GO. Although wash cycles are slightly longer than I'm used to, I am saving at least half an hour in the tumble dryer. Overall: quiet; easy to use; efficient; versatile; highly recommended.

I purchased a washing machine from Appliance Online. Not only did I save heaps of money on the appliance the service/delivery were fantastic. I highly recommend this company & their delivery service. I would certainly purchase from them again. Also it's the best washing machine I've ever had Hotpoint WDD960P if anyone is searching for a new machine :-)

What a great experience! It made losing three appliances in close succession a little less annoying. Ordering process online was slick with the only complaint being that if you leave items in your basket for an extended period. they mystically dissappear meaning you have to start over. This happened twice before I got wise to it. Items should remain in my basket indefinitely IMHO. Once checked out the information provided on my order was as expected. My wife got a text confirming the delivery date and window which was a nice touch. She waited in all morning as instructed in the text and got our order delivered just outside of the promised window (8-12). Delivery service once here was excellent. I opted for their recycle service @ £10 per old appliance which was painless and well worth the money IMHO. So overall. a bit of a let down on delivery schedule but made up for in every other area.
