We do our best to make sure our appliances are perfectly priced, however, if you think you've found it cheaper somewhere else, we'll happily match it.

We're always upfront, so here's the criteria:

- The product on our competitor's site has to be identical to ours
- The product is in stock with our competitor and is available for delivery within 48 hours
- The product is in stock with us and is available for delivery within 48 hours
- We can verify the offer
- Things to bear in mind:

- When we price match we include any delivery charges applied by the competitor. So, if the price of their appliance plus the delivery charge is more expensive that our appliance, we won't be able to match it.
- The offer isn't transferable
- The offer's only valid on the day you make your call, so make sure you don't miss out

All you'll need when you call is:
The product number and price of the appliance you're interested in
The web address of the competitor
(sorry, no price comparison sites)
If everything checks out,
we'll match their price. Simple.
